It’s that pumpkin spice time of year, and I have to admit I get about as excited about it as the next fall-obsessed girl. Who can really say why we get such unreasonable pleasure from orange drinks sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg? Who can say what leads us to partake before it even remotely feels like fall? Confession: it was 90 degrees out when I had my first. Or if pumpkin flavored yogurt could actually be good? (I haven’t brought myself to try it yet.)
I don’t have the answers to any of these questions. All I have is another pumpkin spice recipe for you, one you can feel totally good about. This is pure romance, no guilty pleasure. With 100% real food ingredients, you don’t have to worry about any sketchy additives being laced into your first true love.

In this recipe, you’ll make instant iced coffee by brewing a tiny portion of super-strong coffee which you’ll add cold almond milk and ice to. Voila. You won’t find an easier way to get your iced fix fast.
Basic, tasty ingredients. Simple recipe. Get to it!
Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 tbsp ground coffee of choice, brewed in ½ cup water
½ cup almond milk
1 ½ tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Glass of Ice
- Brew ½ cup strong coffee with 1 tbsp ground coffee of choice.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Whisk ingredients into coffee.
- Stir almond milk into latte.
- Pour over ice.
